Hello Sandokan and welcome to the community.
Locate the two transistors Q303 and Q304 on the power supply board and after removing the glue that covers them, resolder the transistors.
Also check Q301 and Q302.

Good morning, Speedy and welcome to the community.
Your problem probably comes from a faulty capacitor on the display board. It's the C908 and its value is 0.047F and 5.5V.
Replacing it should cure the fault.
